Our brief history

The idea for Vem Brincar Com A Gente® emerged in 2013, from the mind of an idealist eager to apply what he learned in his MBA in Marketing at ESPM®, with the purpose of making Lego® products more accessible. We don't need to say that our competitors weren't happy about it, right?

For 2 years, we studied the market, our customers' aspirations and established partnerships to ensure, in the best possible way, that we meet their needs when it comes to LEGO®. In 2015, we launched our virtual store, based in Rio de Janeiro, with deliveries throughout Brazil.

Since the launch of our online store, we have changed platforms a few times, tried different layouts, made a lot of mistakes, but we also learned a lot, our customers are proof of this, and our time on the market too. While several companies could not resist the complicated times we all went through, we are still here, we have not given up, we will not give up and we hope to count on you on our journey.

Buying process

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic email with information such as items purchased, item value, shipping cost. At each step of the process, you will receive a new email informing you of the stage your order is at. Normally, we ship the order on the first business day after placing and paying for the order, in very rare exceptions, 2 working days after placing and paying for the order. It is not necessary to click on any link, even the invoice, it can be accessed directly on the farm's website, all you need to do is copy its generation code. If you have any questions, please contact us, we do not ask for any credit/debit card information

Exchanges and Returns

Article 49 of the Consumer Code guarantees the customer the right to return the product within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt and receive the amount paid back. If you regret it, before opening the product, your right is guaranteed, we just ask that you contact us to arrange an exchange or return. The product will undergo a quality analysis upon return and the refund will be processed. If there are damages to the product, the loss will be charged to the buyer. To avoid this, if the product is damaged upon delivery, refuse receipt and contact us explaining what happened. All products undergo inspection before being sent to the post office, by acting correctly, you help us maintain your rights and not be harmed by errors that are not committed by us. We count on your understanding. After contacting us, an authorization will be generated so that you can send the product back to us, at no additional cost to you. With this authorization, you will take the product, correctly packaged, back to the Post Office to be sent back to us.

If the return is due to a problem with the product, the exchange will be carried out exclusively by LEGO® itself, using our invoice and counting on our support for any questions in the process, contact us and we will guide you, it is a simple and guaranteed process, the customer is not harmed. This is a LEGO® requirement, we just respect and guide customers, and of course, we guarantee that there will be no losses.
